Absolutely love this place!! So peaceful and serene. Beautiful lake and the cabins are fabulous!!!
I have been going here every year for years, family has gone for over twenty years! Great fishing, when I was younger I played on the beach and swam, had an eagle perch right outside a window one year, just an amazing time all around
Put a minus sign in front of the star, please. Dirty, smelly and filthy cottages, dirty windows and sills. Our's had dirty and ripped curtains in the bedroom. Filthy mattress pads and spiders/bugs in every corner of bedrooms of the cottage. Terrible urine-like smell in our cabin, evident every time you entered. Hidden costs on many items like using life preservers, even though we rented a pontoon with a very old motor. THe motor worked maybe half the time and at guzzled gas.The "park area" for kids is a beautiful space but hasn't had attention in probably years... a basketball court ON GRASS. MANY other complaints but trying to restrain myself. Very unhappy with this resort.
My wife and I stay here - usually about a week each Summer when we can - and love this resort. Fishing is like fishing is everywhere - fun and relaxing. You don't always catch fish - but who cares because the lake and facilities make it an enjoyable time anyway. We do like the St. Germain area and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to spend some of your Summer days.
